REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Participants currently residing and working in Vietnam are kindly requested to complete the online registration by providing the required personal information and transferring the registration fee in accordance with the instructions on the official conference website: https://2026-congress.vshbps.org/

The registration fee is divided into two categories based on the registration period:

Early Registration: Before April 30, 2026
Late Registration: From May 1, 2026

Receipt and Invitation Letter will be available on the website under the “Delegate Information” section after your account has been officially confirmed as an official delegate by the Organizing Committee.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Important: Please read all instructions carefully and follow the registration steps accordingly.

STEP 1: Create an Account	STEP 2: Online Registration	STEP 3: Payment	STEP 4: Registration Confirmation
Create an ID (email) and password to become a member on the website.	Complete the registration form and provide all required personal information. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent.	Verify the total amount and complete the payment via bank transfer or online payment (corresponding to your selected registration category)	Within 03 working days after completing the registration and successful payment, delegates will receive an email confirming their status as an Official Delegate from the Organizing Committee.

To finalize the procedure, please send a confirmation email to reg@aseanlhc2026.com including the following information:

Full name
Email used to register on the VSHBPS 2026 website

After receiving the email titled “Official Delegate Confirmation”, please log in to your registered account on the website to download the Invitation Letter and Receipt.

Important: Please bring the QR code provided in your invitation letter for on-site check-in at the conference.
